I am 55, and have had other gym memberships over the years. In the past, I was never sure when I should go to the gym, how long I should stay, or what I should be doing when I was there. Crossfit SoChac solved all those problems for me.
Now all I have to do is go consistently (for me 3x a week) and be willing to work. In six months, I lost 30 lbs and decreased my percentage body fat by over 30%. I wouldn’t say the workouts have gotten easier, but thanks to the coaches, I have gotten much better at doing challenging things.
The Crossfit SoChac coaches have been great. I have never been asked to do anything I was not ready to do. Three hours a week. For me, Crossfit SoChac is fitness solved.
