Weightlifting is ran 2 times per week and focuses on barbell movements and strength training. Athletes will train on lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk, while performing other lifts and accessory movements that will improve and strengthen these lifts.
Power and Speed
Beginner and advanced weightlifters are led by experienced, USAW certified coaches to improve technique and efficiency. This class is beneficial to anyone looking to refine their weightlifting skills, power, and speed. Weightlifting is included in the unlimited CrossFit membership.
