Designed to run on a 3 times per week schedule and focuses on Olympic Lifting and strength training. Athletes will train on the snatch and clean & jerk technique, while performing other lifts and accessory movements that will improve these lifts.
Power and Speed
Beginner and advanced weightlifters are led by experienced, USAW certified coaches to improve technique and efficiency. This class is beneficial to anyone looking to refine their weightlifting skills, power, and speed. Weightlifting is included in the unlimited CrossFit membership.
