Since starting at SoChac I have changed my body composition a bit for the better, lost 10 pounds,- 2% body fat, I am stronger now at 50 years than I was an any point in my life. Mentally, I get cranky or upset when I miss classes due to work travel, but I find CrossFit on the road when I can.
I try to make it a point to hit my 17 classes each month so I can keep up with the training focus.
