I’ve been doing CrossFit for a little over a year now but I’ve seen a change both physically and mentally. Since I started I’ve lost about 20 pounds and have gotten stronger and developed much better cardio.
The biggest thing I’ve gotten from it so far is the impact on my mindset. Everyday there is a new goal for me to work towards rather than just going through the motions to maintain. Constantly working towards and hitting goals has helped put me in a better mindset for both at home and work.
