Coach Heather is a CrossFit coach who is deeply committed to helping others reclaim their lives and improve their mental and physical health through exercise and healthy habits. After seeing the transformative power of CrossFit in herself, She knows that with a little hard work that transformative power is available to anyone. Coach Heather creates a supportive environment where individuals can push their limits and achieve their goals.

Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or completing a workout—it’s about building confidence, developing discipline, and learning how to make choices that positively impact all areas of life.

From Beginner to Competitive athlete Coach Heather is dedicated to guiding you on your journey with expertise, encouragement, and support.

Tim

Owner / Coach

Specialization: CrossFit/ Social Media/ Marketing
Years of Ownership Experience: 7 + years

Tim Tuley has passion to keep people moving and thinks CrossFit provides that healthy foundation. Carrying an animated personality he brings high energy and positivity to the gym. You’ll often find Tim outdoors mountain biking, skateboarding, snowboarding or camping with his family.

Tim is a person who is always on the move and when he found CrossFit in 2013, he knew its philosophy fit into his lifestyle and goals.

Amanda

Head Coach / Nutritionist

Specialization: CrossFit/ Gymnastics/ Nutrition/ Legends
Years of Coaching Experience: 7 + years
Certifications: CrossFit L3, CrossFit Gymnastics, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and WAG Nutrition certified

Coach Amanda leads with deep passion and enthusiasm for CrossFit and a strong belief in its methodology.

As a coach, she is dedicated to meeting each athlete where they are, providing proper modifications and scaling options for beginners while also challenging seasoned athletes. 

Her experience as a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer has solidified her understanding of effective coaching strategies, allowing her to break down complex movements into digestible, manageable parts. The basics must be learned before progressing to more advanced techniques.

Coach Amanda strives to foster a sense of community, support, and positivity in each class she coaches, ensuring that every athlete feels valued and a part of something greater, while pursuing the betterment of themselves.

Coach Sandra is a powerhouse of energy, expertise, and enthusiasm—bringing the heat both in the gym and in the kitchen. With a bilingual (English/Spanish) background, she easily connects with clients from diverse cultures and walks of life. Sandra’s passion for fitness and nutrition has made her a go-to coach for anyone looking to smash their goals and develop a healthier, stronger lifestyle.

Sandra has a no nonsense approach, with a proven track record of transforming clients’ bodies, minds, and habits. She combines the intensity of CrossFit with the precision of nutritional science to build personalized programs that get results. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, or optimize your overall fitness, Sandra will ensure you get there with consistency and confidence. She has helped individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, achieve their fitness and nutrition goals, break through barriers, and build habits that stick.

Josh Osorio

Before becoming a CrossFit coach, Josh served as a dedicated law enforcement officer. Through his service, he developed a unique understanding of discipline, mental toughness, and the importance of accountability in achieving success. 

Josh believes that there’s no substitute for hard work, accountability, and pushing past your limits. This is the mindset he brings to his training and his coaching.

Coach Josh operates on the principle of “tough love” — pushing athletes to reach their full potential, Using the perfect balance of support  with a no-excuses approach.

Jenn CrossFit Coach

Coach Jenn is an experienced Olympic weightlifting coach with a passion for helping athletes of all levels excel in the sport. With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Jenn has developed a deep understanding of Olympic weightlifting movements.

She has worked with athletes ranging from beginners to elite competitors, Jenn focuses on the individual and can tailor technique/correction for all levels. 

Technique is always a priority, proper form is essential not only for lifting heavy weights but also for ensuring the safety and longevity of an athlete’s career.

Coach Larry

Coach Larry is an experienced fitness coach.  Throughout his coaching and athletic journey, Larry has expanded his knowledge beyond just CrossFit, exploring and integrating a variety of training methodologies like Olympic lifting, functional training, endurance sports, and sport specific training. 

Coach Larry  prides himself on a deep knowledge of fitness and training, ensuring that every class is based on proven techniques that work. Larry is known for his welcoming  attitude and  good vibes— mixing  hard work, camaraderie, and fun!

Lauren

Athlete Relations

Lauren Tuley has been doing CrossFit for over 9 years. She is passionate about supporting the community and helping athletes feel comfortable while on their fitness journey. Outside of CrossFit, she enjoys camping, reading, art, volunteer work and spending time with her two daughters.
