I worked on my nutrition with Amanda from February-September. In that time, I lost 19 lbs. My goal was to learn to make better food choices and feel better in general. My outlook on eating has changed. It truly was an entire lifestyle change. I felt a difference in my workouts and could feel myself getting stronger.
Getting older sometimes comes with health issues that you had no idea would happen. I regularly see a heart doctor due to issues that are hereditary and even he noticed my weight loss. To me that’s a win!
