I had been doing a bunch of different types of exercise prior to CrossFit. I had some weight loss but wasn’t seeing big success in strength.
Once I started CrossFit I realized the ceiling was a lot higher than I was led to believe. My strength and endurance changes were greater in 6 months than in the previous 3 years of guided training. Once you see the change and meet the people it’s hard to ever go back.
