YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our Youth Sports Performance program is designed as a complete strength and conditioning program for young athletes. This training helps athletes improve reaction time, get to the ball quicker, move up/down/across the court/field effortlessly, hit harder and jump higher.

Class Focus

✅ Running & Jumping Mechanics: Develop proper form to move more efficiently and reduce energy waste.

✅ Speed: Enhance linear and lateral acceleration for faster sprints and quick directional changes.

✅ Agility: Master body positioning, footwork, and quick changes of direction to improve overall athletic performance.

✅ Plyometrics: Build explosive power in both the upper and lower body to throw, kick, swing faster, jump higher, and move with greater speed.

✅ Strength & Power: Strength training boosts force production and absorption, enabling harder hits, higher jumps, rapid deceleration, and a lower risk of injury from impacts.

Class Format

This class, offered at both Level 1 & Level 2, is capped at a 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio to ensure quality instruction, technique, and safety. This program is a long-term athletic development plan designed to provide results and lasting habits that produce a better athlete.
